Wrecking Ball Tarot Spread

Wrecking Ball Tarot Spread

I have clients come to me all the time when they are feeling stuck. When there is a lull of energy or even an invisible wall that they can’t seem to navigate. There is nothing more disempowering when you aren’t even sure what has you stuck in the first place.

Hi Tarot Tribe, I have a new Wrecking Ball Tarot Spread for you.

Before I begin as with everything I share, including how to work with Tarot spreads and Tarot card meanings in the spreads that I create, take what resonates with you and simply leave the rest.

As a professional Tarot reader, I have clients come to me all the time when they are feeling stuck. When there is a lull of energy or even an invisible wall that they can’t seem to navigate. There is nothing more disempowering when you aren’t even sure what has you stuck in the first place.

One of the magical things about working with the Tarot is that the cards can show you things from a completely new perspective and get you to ask questions of yourself you may not have thought to ask.

It can suck majorly when you feel stuck in a situation but are unsure of just how to move forward. So I created this Tarot spread to be of use when know you are stuck in a rut or funk and you are just not sure what elements are making this cocktail of crap. Or what the best move forward is.

Wrecking Ball Tarot Spread (1)

  1. The Block – What is blocking you
  2. The Wall – What you feel is insurmountable
  3. The Wrecking Ball – What you need to break through
  4. The Direction – What direction to aim your energy and effort
  5. The Release – What you can’t do anything about so you may as well let it be
  6. The Lesson – What you are learning through all this

I hope you enjoy working with this Tarot Spread and you can share your readings with this spread by using the #wreckingballtarot across social media and as always thank you for stopping by.

Until Next week...

  1. #tarotspread. I worked with new spread this evening. Couldn’t have come at a better time, as today I felt really crappy and confused about some stuff and yesterday was a tough day so this came at the exact time!
I’ll try to post my pictures but I thought it was funny that my block was the five of cups, I felt a lot of loss and heartache and pain and the Five of Cups represents that I just I’m unable to see the possibilities because I think I’m stuck in my head. My wall was the nine of swords. Which seems so apropos because I just feel that all these emotions and pain and being stuck in my head and not being able to get out of this cycle that I put myself in has made me feel like it’s a wall that is insurmountable so in my card I use the spellcasters tarot and what I noticed is that the person has their hand in their hands and they can’t seem to see that the sun is shining behind them. My wrecking ball was the fool, and how I interpret this is that I need to let go of my ego and just live for the moment more and get in touch with my spiritual self which is kind of myself love and just to let go and go for it and not that all caught up in the what could have should have stuff and the direction I am heading in was the hioerphant. Typically I’m afraid of the hierophant card but in this reading I saw it more that it’s just that I need to dance to my own beat and pursue my goals and my passions regardless of what anybody else thinks. The release was the Ten of Wands! And how crazy is that the Ten of Wands is something I can have to release in so I just have to focus on what’s it hand and not pay so much attention to just one thing but I need to do that in order to move forward so I need to let go of my burdens and get on my path and not just focus on one thing because when I focus on one thing I forget about everything else and it just causes me more burdens and I need to let go and stop doing that and my lesson was the Knight of strangely enough the person that has caused me some pain and kind of got in my head is someone that I do associate with the Knight of Swords because I also see the good in them and that they’re Brave and somehow someway I do believe that they’ll find their way to me but as a lesson I see it as that I need to move forward toward my goal and to have courage.

I wrote a lot of stuff in my journal but what I really tied into in my reading was the hierophant and the Knight of Swords because in the end I find that I need to get the hell out of my head and find strength in my purpose and to be brave and to carry on to attain my goals and to choose the right path over the easy path and just to trust the heart because it already knows and not to give up. I always flip over the bottom of the deck it’s just to habit it no matter what spread I use and the bottom of the deck was the star. so I just have to look forward and keep the faith that things will work out and that I’ll come out of my head and follow my heart.
    Thank you Ethony!‍♀️❤‍♀️‍♀️

  2. Thank you. Yes. This came at the most perfect time. Although I can’t figure out what what I am learning through all of this is ruin lol!

  3. Hello, first I am a newbie at tarot but I’m just fascinated at what it has shown me already in some of my spreads. However, I have to still look up each card in my readings to find out everything about it that I can. I’m a Scorpio . Anywho, I would love your interpretation of what my cards mean to you from this particular spread.. if you have time, of course. Here it goes: 1. 6 of cups (block)
    2. The hierophant (wall)
    3. 8 of pentacles (wrecking ball).
    4. King of pentacles (direction)
    5. 9 of cups (release)
    6. Knight of swords (lessen)
Help please.. I’m kinda lost on this one!!
    Peace, love & light~

  4. 1. Seven of cups – totally resonates, I’ve definitely been wanting multiple things to be different than they are
    2. Four of pentacles – yup, that tracks – I’m stressed out and micromanage-y like trying hold sand in my fist
    3. The Devil – ain’t no better wrecking ball than the one himself
    4. Four of swords – excellent because 2 weeks of rest is exactly what I have planned
    5. Ace of swords – not totally sure, but I’d like to think that it’s speaking to clarity will be mine again if I just chill the f- out for a minute. Let it all brew for a minute and it will sort itself out
    6. The Fool – of course – new beginnings always accessible – perilous road, head high (or conversely – watch out babe – it’s the fall that will get you 😉
Thanks for the sweet spread – hit the nail on the head.
