I asked a bunch of my Tarot Compadres on Social Media what their favourite Tarot Deck for 2014 was and here are some of the replies.
The Tarot deck didn’t need to be released in 2014 but just the one that the reader connected with the most or read the most with in 2014.
My favourite has been The Clover Tarot I got it this year and I have used it a lot and love it.
- karenboies – Added the oracle cards Ascended Masters. I use them with my Rider Waite. I have Osho Zen and would love to learn to use them
- dawn_wand – Only started this year so it was mainly Radiant Rider Waite deck. However I do have other decks and received some beautiful ones for Christmas so who knows what 2015 holds
- andrea.131313 – Alice Tarot!
- tareneh – The Paulina Tarot
- tree talker – The Golden Tarot by Kay black! And of course my deck! #treetalkertarot
- shanbee03 – The wild unknown
- shonna – Same as @shanbee03 and The Haindl Tarot
- tiferettarot – I would never thought it would be my kind of thing but Llewellyn’s Classic Tarot has been a great reading deck
- heksenkind – Just one? 😉 The Kitty Kahane Tarot
- fat.goddess – I stuck to my favorite Rider-Waite and found a new love for my Winged Spirits deck.
- queen_of_chalices – This year I used Fenestra the most, but I think I’ve been most excited about Prisma Visions!! Still impatiently waiting for my copy!
- edvaldomoreira74 – The great Rider Waite Tarot is my favorite, but in this year I like Initiatory Tarots of Golden Dawn !
- tarotinthegarden – I’ve liked the Dreaming Way this year. It’s an awesome deck.
- tarot fairy – Crystal visions and dreaming way ☺️
- thornthewitch – I’m dying for Prismavisions to come out! But until then, I’ll go with the full Wooden Tarot.
- happyfishtarot – I got The Wild Unknown this year and absolutely relish it.
- queenofshells – For me, it’s probably Tarot of Vampyres. I had the strongest connection with that deck when I started working with it in October.
- edwinsweet – The Archeon Tarot. <3 been my favorite for about four years. X3
- alderwolfe – The Sherlock Holmes Tarot, and it came out this August too!
- maeliva-ebonfire – The SteamPunk Tarot I received in 2012 is my work horse. I love this deck, even 2 years later 🙂
- resonance-of-libra – I got really into Fairy Lights for most of 2014. Not a terribly popular deck on tumblr, but I really connect with it.
- queenofchalices – Fenestra was my workhorse this year, and I spent a good chunk of time getting to know the Mona Lisa Tarot, too! Prisma Visions was what I got most excited for though.. GET IN MY MAILBOX!!!!
- tarot-sybarite – Favorite deck that’s on my wish list: Cheimonette Tarot and Prisma Visions (full-color) TarotFavorite Deck I’ve Been Reading With This Year: Light and Shadow Tarot and Tarot of the Silicon Dawn
- magic tides – Oh this is hard for me, because I actually started getting into tarot in 2014, so that’s when I got most of my decks. I think I’d have to say The Tarot of Vampyres, because I had the most intense connection with that one.
- Carrie – The Wild Unknown.

Mine is the Fountain Tarot…which hasn’t been published yet, but which I can’t wait to hold in my mitts! I interviewed the creators earlier this year and completely fell in love. It comes out in February…
